At the time of order, every customer is provided a link to their Customer Portal that provides links to important information, documentation and software. This portal is available 24/7 to assist you.  If you haven’t received your customer portal link, please contact us.

Remote Access

Orion uses Teamviewer to provide remote access to your computers. Once you download and run Teamviewer, we will be able to login to your system and help your installations, setup and support call.

PC SUPPORT – Click DOWNLOAD TEAMVIEWER  save and run the TeamViewer on your PC for remote access software.
ANDROID SUPPORT – Download  TeamViewer QuickSupport from Google Play onto your Android and then run the App.

After you run Teamviewer from your PC or Android, you will need to provide us the ID and Password displayed on the Team viewer window.

Orion Support can then log in and access your computer.
